Tim has a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Florida and over twenty years of experience in landscape design, management and installation.
Before establishing Terrain, Tim gained invaluable experience in the landscape field, working at Disney World in Orlando, Florida and throughout The Bahamas at Caribbean Landscape, Caribbean Pools and Land Design of Nassau.
His expertise includes a focus on indigenous and sustainable planning and also encompasses the detailed and critical aspects of construction documentation and administration.

Senior Landscape Architect

JENNA CHAPLIN
Landscape Architect
Jenna holds a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and has worked for Terrain since 2017.
Prior to attending graduate school, she studied Fine Art at the University of the Pacific. For Jenna, landscape architecture is the perfect merge of art and design with her interests in the environment.
She works across all stages of a project from concept design to construction administration, however, her goal would be to work on a largescale coastal project.
