MOON SHADOW

This project was conceived with a deep respect for the existing landscape, prioritizing a seamless merge with the surrounding coppice. Lawns were minimized to just the driveway area, allowing native plantings to dominate. In collaboration with Texas-based architectural firm Max Levy, the house was designed to appear as though it naturally emerges from lush masses of ferns and grasses. A palette of silver and yellow accents is thoughtfully repeated throughout the property, creating visual cohesion. Custom limestone water features punctuate the landscape, adding a sense of serenity and craftsmanship to the overall design.
