THE GREAT HOUSE

The Great House is a historic building owned by the Central Bank of The Bahamas and used as their staff event center and cafeteria. This exterior renovation project is currently in the design phase and expected to begin installation early 2019.

To compliment the historic style of the building, we are proposing a soft floral palette including plumbago, crotons and hibiscus in the main garden, while the entrance area has more modern features like horsetail reeds and bamboos. Currently the staff only use the interior of the building to eat their lunch.

Our goal is to enrich the exterior spaces and provide ample dining area to make use of the space for both private evening events and quick lunches during working hours.
